Some guy died that I used to go to middle school with, I think it was middle school. I'm pretty sure it was middle school. I recognized his name, then his picture while browsing local web stuff just now. I should be sleeping but instead I've decided to be an asshole.
His name was Stephen Nubani, he died Saturday after excessively speeding in an Audi convertible, failing to stop at a stop sign, and causing major injuries to the other person, who obviously wasn't paying attention, otherwise they would have seen a 100 mph car barreling toward a stop sign they have no intention of stopping at.
I mean, obviously I don't know what happened, none of us were there, but like I said, I have decided to be an asshole. I've assembled my own story based on various news sources.
When I knew this kid, he wasn't very smart to begin with and if anybody who knew him utilizes Google, reads this, gets offended, can you honestly say that you're surprised? He was honestly such an intelligent, stand up guy that it must have been some crazy mistake that he sped excessively, injured one person, and killed himself along with the three other people he was in the car with. Oh yeah, there were four people total in the car and they're all DEAD.
But OF COURSE he wouldn't do such a thing. He's dead now. Everybody that's dead was the most awesome person that ever lived... while they were living. Honestly, no previous grudges. I'm getting help from my friend logic. Take the phrase, "Don't do the crime if you can't pay the time," and turn it into something that applies. Like, "Don't excessively speed in a convertible and run a stop sign if you aren't willing to die," ... likewise with the passenger thing.
Good job, Stephen Nubani. In my book, you get Miss Congeniality.
My friends did something similar a couple of years ago. Lucky for them, they all walked away relatively unharmed with a stupid story to tell but had they died, I would have kicked a dead body or two. They're stupid, he's stupid. The world is filled with a lot of stupid and stupid is stupid.

If you were a true journalist you would of done your research a little better.
It was an extremely dark night and reports show that it might of been difficult to even notice the stop sign in the first place.
Its a very sad sad story and people also don't realize the risk in driving a convertible car. If you flip and your top is down, the chances of survival are fair. It's hard to say that if the hard top was on, that some might of survived...but those are all what if's??
I've known Stephen for years now. I meet him when he was 18. I can honestly say that Stephen never liked wearing his seat belt but I would always yell at him for this. Sometimes he wasn't the best of driver, but then again sometimes we all aren't.
Stephen recently purchase his car 6months ago and I got to tell that he actually was very careful with that car b/c it was his baby and very nice might I add!
For you to judge someone and call him not very smart from Middle School is ridiculous! I admired how smart Stephen is and how dependable, reliable and such a wonderful person to be around.
He's extremely funny and its someone close to me that I will always miss. My heart and love will always be with Stephen.
It's too bad that you jump to write such a thing without thinking about his family or friends.
Stephen I love you and miss you more than you will ever know. One day we will reconnect again...till then please visit me in my dreams!!!

All I'm saying is, it isn't very smart to do what he did, which resulted in the death of himself, his three passengers, as well as critically injuring some innocent motorist... who I hope is still alive and isn't inconvenienced for the rest of his life due to Stephen's shenanigans. Had he lived, he would no doubt been charged with manslaughter at the least... but I'm obviously not a lawyer, I just like to watch TV shows with actors that play lawyers.
Were this one of my very good friends I would say the exact same thing. Calm yourselves.

I think the fact that you insulted someone who is dead makes you someone with no character and no sense of integrity. You are entitled to your own opinion, but you have went above and beyond. You have disrespected someone who is loved and cherished by many for his beautiful and kind character. Something you may not know or understand so well. Please take the time and think about others. Have some empathy and sympathy.
I wish you had the chance to know him more. And that you LEARN TO HAVE RESPECT FOR THE DEAD AND THEIR LOVED ONES.

P.S. It has been proven that he simply missed the stop sign because it was too dark (no lights bitch) so get that oh go blog about that fyi he was going 65-70 the other moran was going fast!!! just to let people know he wasnt going 100 mph the person driveing behind him told me he was going 75 and its a dumb stupid road where u cant see the dam stop sign and its very dark in that part of the desert. I think the other driver was going 100 becuz i saw the pictures of the car after it was towed and let me tell everybody. that driver that survived was going mighty fast in a lonely road

Wow I cant beleive someone would write such an awful thing about someone. Whether it was Stephens fault or not it is a very sad tragady! Those streets are very dark and it is hard to see! For this person to write this makes me so sick! This was my friends brother and even if i didnt know this family I would still be upset to see this. You need help!!!!!!!!
